A Name Rooted in Home

One of those special places along the Sound is Soundview Beach, a tucked-away gem that holds deep meaning for our co-founder, Nick. His grandmother had a cottage there, and it became a family retreat, a place where summers were spent barefoot in the sand, where memories were made, and where the feeling of home was as constant as the tides.
SoundView Beach was also where fate decided to work its magic. After years apart, Nick and Kelsey reconnected for the first time while Nick was in the Navy, right there, at the same beach. The name SoundView became more than just a place—it became a symbol of where we come from and the journey that brought us here.

Just like our name, our logo is packed with meaning. At first glance, it’s a simple, calming image. But look closer and you’ll see it’s an ocean wave with a sunset seen through the barrel of it, representing the Long Island Sound.
And when you look again, you might notice the wave also forms the shape of an eye, hinting at the word “view” and the idea of a new perspective. It’s a reminder that what we create is meant to help you see things differently, more clearly, and with a little more calm.
